By accessing or using HunterBase ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HunterBase.
HunterBase is a professional networking platform that connects job-seeking candidates with a curated network of headhunting agencies and executive search firms. The Platform allows candidates to create professional profiles, upload resumes, and gain visibility among leading recruitment firms. HunterBase does not guarantee employment or specific job offers.
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Access to the full features of HunterBase requires a paid subscription of $14.99 per month. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

By creating a profile and subscribing to HunterBase, you consent to your profile information being shared with our network of verified headhunting agencies and executive search firms. These partners may contact you regarding job opportunities that match your profile. You may control your profile visibility through your account settings.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by HunterBase and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Platform, including your profile information and uploaded documents. By submitting content, you grant HunterBase a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform's services.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. HunterBase does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Platform, including but not limited to job offers, interviews, or employment outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HunterBase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
